Ingredients:
1 Rimini
pizza shell 4 cloves garlic olive oil pizza cheese
(I use Kraft Italian 5 cheese) spinach (I use about 1/2
bag of frozen spinach, micro waved and wrung out sun
dried tomatoes
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 415 degrees.
Use garlic press on garlic and spread over pizza shell .
Sprinkle olive oil over pizza shell. Rub in with hand until
shell is covered. Sprinkle a light layer of cheese over
shell. Add about 1/2 of the spinach and sun dried
tomatoes over cheese. Add remaining cheese. Add
remaining spinach and sun dried tomatoes. Place pizza
directly on oven rack. Bake for 12 minutes.
Note: garlic, cheese, spinach and tomatoes should be added
per your tastes.
