Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 large can College Inn beef broth (or 3 small cans)
Equal parts water
At least 1/2 10oz. package chopped frozen spinach, more if you choose
1 cup Acini de Pepe

Instructions:
 
Mix cheese, eggs and bread crumbs.
Add meat.
Make meatballs the size of nickels.
Cook meatballs in broth and water for 1 hour.
Add spinach.
Cook 20 minutes.
Cook Acini de Pepe.
Add to broth 20 minutes before serving.
