Stuffed Cabbage..........Amy Pappa

 

Ingredients:
 

1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion - shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 cup cooked rice
1 egg

1 head cabbage

1 can whole tomatoes

1 can tomato soup

2 pieces of bacon

 

Instructions:

 

Combine ground chuck, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt, rice and egg in large bowl.
Cook cabbage.
Stuff leaves with combined mixture.

Put in large casserole dish.
Crush tomatoes and soup together.
Pour over cabbage.
Lay bacon on top.
Cover and cook for 2 1/2 - 3 hours at 350 degrees.
