Ingredients:
12 baby artichokes 3-4 cloves garlic - chopped
the following amounts depend on your tastes:
parsley bread crumbs Parmesan cheese salt pepper
Instructions:
Mix garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper. Put aside. Cut
pointed tops and bottom stems off artichokes. Pound tops of artichokes on hard surface to open leaves. Stuff ingredient
mixture evenly between leaves pushing down toward center. Put small coating of olive oil in bottom of skillet. Stand
artichokes upright in skillet. Pour about 1 inch of water in skillet. Cover skillet. Bring liquid to a boil. Reduce
heat to simmer & cook for 1 hour. - Covered, basting occasionally.
