Spaghetti Aioli..........Mom (Fran) Pappa

 

Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic - thinly sliced
1/2 cup water
1 TBL. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tin chopped anchovies
spaghetti

Instructions:
 
While spaghetti is cooking:
Heat 1/2 cup olive oil in skillet.
Add garlic and cook until brown.
Slowly add 1/2 cup water - stir in slowly. (slowly means slowly).
Add parsley, pepper and anchovies.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti.
