Ingredients:
3 sticks
butter 3 cups sugar 6 large eggs 8 oz. cream cheese 1
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups sifted
cake flour (measure after sifting)
Instructions:
Cream
together butter and cream cheese adding sugar slowly until
fluffy. Stir in eggs, 1 at a time.
Add vanilla. Mix in flour slowly.
Spoon mix into Bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Check with cake
tester. Cook at 5 minute intervals if needed.
Note:
Eggs, butter and cream cheese should be at room temperature
before mixing.
