Ingredients:
2 lb. hash brown potatoes 1/2 cup melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4
tsp. pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pint sour cream 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese 2
cups crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Defrost potatoes. Combine in large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter. Add
salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Blend thoroughly. Pour into 9 x 13 greased casserole dish. Mix
crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Spread over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
