Peach Blueberry Pie..........Betty Monagahan

 

                                                                                          

Ingredients:
 

1 cup fresh blueberries
3 cups sliced fresh peaches - skins removed
2 Tbl. lemon juice
1 cup sugar

2 Tbl. tapioca

1 Tbl. butter

2 pie crust - make or purchase
 

Instructions:

 

Combine blueberries, peaches, lemon juice, sugar, tapioca in bowl.

Let stand 15 minutes.

Put into pie shell.

Dot with butter.

Cover with top crust.

Bake at 425 degrees for 50 minutes until nicely brown or until juice begins to bubble through slits.
