Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes 1 tbl. flour 4-5 slices bacon - browned, cut 1/4
cup cider vinegar 2 tbl. sugar 1/4 tsp. white pepper 2-3 tsp. salt 1/2 cup minces onion 1/2 cup minced green
pepper 1 cup coarsely chopped celery parsley 3/4 cup sliced radishes
Instructions:
Boil 1 inch water, simmer potatoes 30 minutes, drain and set aside. Stir
fry onion, celery peppers in drippings until tender. Stir in flour, salt until bubbly, remove from heat. Stir in 3/4
cup water, vinegar, sugar, pepper and boil 1 minute. Stir in bacon and parsley - Cut potatoes in thin slices - mix all. Put
mixture in 2 1/2 qt. casserole and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir in radishes when done.
