Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
(105-110 degrees) 1 TBL. yeast 2 TBL. sugar 1 tsp.
salt
3 TBL. butter - softened
1 large egg
3-4 cups flour
Instructions:
In a stand mixer,
combine, milk, yeast, salt, sugar, butter, egg and 3 cups
flour.
Using dough hook, knead on low until smooth dough ball
forms.
Add 1/4 cup
flour at a time if needed. Dough should be tacky, not
sticky. Place dough in lightly greased mixing bowl, cover
with towel and let rise for 1 hour. Roll dough on lightly
floured board in a large rectangle, about 24" wide and 1/4"
thick. Cut dough into 4 strips, about 6" wide. Gently
roll strips up until ends and seams are pinched together.
Place rolls on lightly greased baking sheets. Cover with
lightly greased wax paper and let rise for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 12-15 minutes until
lightly browned.
