Ingredients:

3/4 cup margarine
3 cups sugar
1 (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) Kraft marshmallow crème
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:

Combine margarine, sugar and milk in 2 1/2 - 3 qt. saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boil 5 minutes, medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Melt in chocolate.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Cool. Cut into squares.
