Ingredients:
flour salt pepper poultry seasoning chicken Crisco saltine
cracker crumbs egg milk
Instructions:
In brown bag mix flour, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Shake chicken
in bag until coated. Dip chicken in beaten egg and milk. Roll chicken in cracker crumbs - fry 5 minutes each side in
Crisco. Cool on rack, keep in refrigerator until ready to bake. Put rack on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for
1 hour.
BAKED ONLY: 350 degrees (wings at 325) Melt 2 heaping tablespoons Crisco
in jelly roll pan. Bake 30 minutes - turn over - bake 30 more minutes.
