Chipped Ham BBQ Sauce..........Mom (Fran) Pappa

Ingredients:

1 onion - chopped

1 tsp. salt

3 Tbl. vinegar

2 Tbl. brown sugar

1/2 tsp. yellow mustard

1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce

1 8 oz. can of Hunts tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

1 lb Isaly's chipped ham - hand shredded

relish - optional

Instructions:

Sauté onion in some oil

Add rest of ingredients except the ham

Simmer sauce for 30 minutes

Add chipped ham and cook for 20 minutes more.
