Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast halves 8 slices ham 8 slices
Swiss cheese salt pepper garlic
salt Italian dressing
Instructions:
Flatten chicken breasts. Cut breasts in half. Season to taste with
salt, pepper, garlic salt. Layer 1 slice of ham and Swiss on each breast. Roll up, tucking ends securely. Tie with
string or secure with toothpicks. Place in casserole dish, pour Italian dressing over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator
at least 1 hour. Use separate dressing to baste - do not use dressing used to soak chicken. Grill
for 20
minutes, turn and baste with dressing about every 4 minutes.
