Instructions:
Mix onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne. Coat chicken with mixture. Grill or fry in pan until done. In
separate skillet, cook mushrooms, peppers and onion until juices are gone. Slice chicken into 1/4" strips. Cut bottom
from bread - save cut piece. Hollow out almost all bread from loaf leaving about 1" on all sides. Layer in order: chicken
strips, vegetables and cheese. Repeat until gone, ending with a layer of cheese. Put bottom piece of bread on top of
other half. Press down. Wrap in foil. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
