Ingredients:
Filling:
3 large cream cheese 1 1/2 cups + 1 tbl. sugar 1 pt. sour cream 5
eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 can cherry pie filling
Crust:
1/2 paper pkg. Graham crackers 1 tbl. sugar 1 stick margarine
Instructions:
Blend cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups and 1 tbl. sugar with mixer until smooth. Add
sour cream, eggs and vanilla to mixture - mix until smooth. Mix crust ingredients - line 9 x 13 inch pan - add cake mix. Bake
at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Note: As pie cools, the center will sink leaving a rim. Pour cherries
in rim.
