Slice pepperoni and then cut
slices in half.
Spread pizza dough on bread board
and use rolling pin to form rectangle -
approximately 14x10 inches.
Spread about 1/2 of
the cheese onto pizza crust.
Place pepperoni,
mushrooms and
bell pepper strips on
cheese.
Spread as much of the remaining cheese on
top of the pepperoni per your taste. (I use about 1/2 of the
remaining).
Roll dough lengthwise and pinch ends
and bottom seam.
Sprinkle and spread cornmeal on
bread board and roll calzone over it.
Place calzone on cooking stone or cookie sheet
(greased), or non-stick pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Heat small can of tomato sauce. (Optional)
Serve with tomato sauce on side.
