Buckeye Cookies..........Lesley Pappa

 

Ingredients:
 
1 cup margarine
1 lb. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/4 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Instructions:
 
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Form into balls.
Melt chips in double boiler.
Put toothpicks in balls ; dip 3/4 covered.
Cool on wax paper.
