Broccoli Spinach Balls..........Diana DeRiggi


 

Ingredients:

2 10oz. packages frozen chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
2 cups Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing - blue bag

1 large onion - chopped fine

1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

dash of pepper


Instructions:

 

Mix all ingredients well and chill.
Shape into balls (walnut size).
Bake on greased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

 

NOTE: Darker baking sheets work better.
