Ingredients:
 

1 LB. Top Round Steak
Olive oil
Pecorino Romano cheese
Parsley
4 medium cloves garlic - minced

Bread crumbs

pepper

 
Instructions:
 

Pound round steak thinly if necessary.
Spread olive oil over the steak.
Sprinkle the cheese, parsley, garlic, bread crumbs and pepper on the steak.
Roll up the steak and tie with butcher string.
Brown steak in skillet.

Put steak in a sauce that you have made.

Simmer for about 2 hours.
