BBQ Beef Sandwich..........Peggy Will


 

Ingredients:
 
6 lbs. boneless chuck roast
1 stalk celery - finely chopped
3 large onions - chopped
1 green bell pepper - chopped
1 bottle ketchup - regular size
3 tbl. barbecue sauce
3 tbl. vinegar
2 tbl. chili powder
2 tbl. salt
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 cups water or more to cover meat

Instructions:
 
Put meat in roasting pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat.
Heat to boiling on top of stove.
Cover and place in oven.
Bake at 300 degrees for 6 hours.
Shred apart and serve on sandwich rolls.
