2 - cloves garlic - pressed 1 - cup
mayonnaise 1 - cup fresh
grated parmesan cheese 1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts - not marinated, drained, coarsely chopped 1 - 10 oz. package
frozen spinach - thawed, squeezed 1/2 cup chopped red pepper 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - add more if desired Feta
cheese - amount depending on taste
Instructions:
Mix garlic,
mayonnaise and parmesan cheese until smooth. Mix
in artichokes, spinach and red pepper. Spread in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with mozzarella cheese. Top
with Feta cheese. Cover, bake 20-30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Serve with crackers.
